$200.00 To Reserve your dates applied to your balance.  Security Deposit via credit card authorization only but not charged unless damages, loss or unauthorized expenses are found upon departure. 

Check in 3:00pm, Check out 11:00am. All major credit cards accepted.

$60 Cleaning Fee.
